If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Simply email us at hello@weemergency.com to get started.

Ship the unused product back to us at your expense, and once we receive it, we’ll refund your full original purchase price, including your original shipping.

If your order arrived damaged, email us with a photo and we’ll make it right—replacement or refund, your choice.
